Questions, answered

If something is not covered here, ask on Telegram — we answer there faster than by email.

Do I need to download or install anything?

No. The robot runs on our managed VPS, not on your computer. You connect your MT5 account from the dashboard and we deploy it there. The trades appear in your own MT5 terminal, on any device you log in from.

Which brokers work?

Any broker offering MetaTrader 5. We hold partner arrangements with several of them, and you can open an account through one of our links if you like, but it is entirely optional — bring any MT5 account you already have and nothing changes.

Why do you need my MT5 password?

The robot has to log into your terminal to place orders, and MetaTrader offers no other way to authorise that. We ask only for the terminal password — never your broker portal login, which is the credential that can withdraw funds. We recommend setting a fresh MT5 password for us, which you can change back at any time without affecting anything else.

Can I stop the robot whenever I want?

Yes. One tap in the dashboard stops it immediately. You can also close positions yourself directly in MT5 at any moment — it is your account and you keep full control of it.

How long does deployment take?

Usually well under two hours during our support window. Your dashboard shows each step as it happens — the status moves from requested to running, and the activity line underneath it says what we did.

Does it work with prop firm accounts?

It works with supported MT5 prop firms. Rules differ between firms and change often, so check your firm's current policy on automated trading and third-party tools before deploying.

How do renewals work?

No order renews by itself and there is no card on file, so nothing can be charged to you for a renewal. Your dashboard shows the days remaining on every plan you hold, and warns you in the last week. If you do not renew, the plan simply ends on its expiry date: the robot stops, your accounts stop reporting, and no further trades are placed. One thing is automatic: if you run a robot, a share of its profit is taken from your wallet each week — see the pricing page for how that is worked out.

Do I pay anything on top of the price?

Yes, if you run a robot. Alongside the order price, the profit a robot makes is split: 70% to you, 15% to the company, and 15% to the promoter who brought you in. It is worked out once a week and only on genuinely new profit — closed trades only, after the broker's swap and commission, and only on the amount above the account's own previous best. If the account loses $50 and then makes $70, the share is taken on $20, not $70. It comes out of your wallet, never your trading account. If the wallet cannot cover it, nothing is taken and the robot is stopped until you top it up.

What happens if the robot loses money?

Every position carries a stop loss set at entry. The stop, the position sizing and the daily loss limit come with the robot — we set them on the terminal when we install it, so there is no number for you to guess at. Each robot's page says what its limits are before you buy it.

Can I get a refund?

Refund terms are set out in full on our Refund Policy page — read it before you pay, because a USDT transfer cannot be reversed by us, by your wallet or by the network. There is no free trial, so if you want to see the robot work before risking money, point your first month at a demo MT5 account. It runs there exactly as it does on a live one. And if you are unsure whether it suits your broker or account size, ask us on Telegram first.

Is there a free trial?

No. The robots are bought by the month, three months or twelve. We would rather charge honestly than hand out a managed VPS and a robot slot to every email address that signs up. Two things cost you nothing: ask us anything on Telegram before you buy, and run your first month on a demo account if you want to watch it work before going live.

Still not sure?

Ask before you buy — we would rather answer a question than take money from somebody the robot is wrong for. Point your first month at a demo account if you want to watch it work before risking anything.
