1. What this service is

PUREPIPS AI provides trading software deployed on infrastructure we operate. We are a software provider. We are not a broker, not a fund manager, and not an investment adviser. We do not hold, receive or control your money at any time.

2. Your account and your capital

All trades are placed in a MetaTrader 5 account that you own, opened with a broker you selected. You may stop the robot, close positions or withdraw funds at any moment. You remain solely responsible for every trade placed in your account, including trades placed by our software at your instruction.

3. Credentials

To operate the robot we require your MT5 terminal login, password and server. We do not request and will not accept your broker portal credentials. You are responsible for ensuring that sharing terminal credentials does not breach your broker's or prop firm's own terms — some prohibit it, and a breach may result in your account being restricted or closed by them.

4. No guarantee of results

Trading carries substantial risk of loss. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding profit, returns, win rate or drawdown. Historical, backtested and simulated results do not predict future performance. You may lose some or all of your capital.

5. Orders and expiry

Orders are prepaid for a fixed term and do not auto-renew. Your dashboard shows the days remaining on every order you hold. On the expiry date the robot is stopped and no further orders are placed. Open positions at that time remain your responsibility to manage.

6. The wallet

Your wallet is an account balance held with us, funded by you in USDT. It is separate from your MetaTrader account and we have no access to the money in your MetaTrader account at any time. The wallet is what the profit share in clause 7 is taken from, and may also be used for purchases and for amounts paid to you as a promoter. While a robot of ours is running on any of your accounts, your wallet must hold at least the minimum balance shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. Funds above that minimum may be withdrawn to a USDT address you provide, subject to the minimum withdrawal shown at the time.

7. Profit share

In addition to the price of an order, a share of the profit made on each MetaTrader account running one of our robots is payable to us. The current percentages are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard, and we may change them for future weeks on notice; a change never applies to a week already settled.

The share is calculated once a week and only on genuinely new profit, which means all of the following:

Only trades that have been closed are counted. An open position is not profit.
Profit is counted after the broker’s swap and commission, not before.
Only the amount above the highest point the account has reached at a previous settlement is counted. Losses are carried forward, so profit that merely recovers an earlier loss is never charged for.

The share is taken from your wallet. Nothing is ever taken from your MetaTrader account. If your wallet does not cover the amount due, nothing is taken, the amount remains owed by you, and we may stop your robot until the wallet is funded. Part of the share may be payable to the promoter who introduced you, and onward to others under their own distribution settings. If no promoter introduced you, that part is retained by us. Either way the amount you pay is the same.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Broker outages, platform maintenance, network failure and force majeure may interrupt execution. We are not liable for trades missed, delayed or incorrectly filled due to such events.

10. Acceptable use

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the software. Access is licensed to you for the duration of your subscription and is not transferable without our written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or consequential damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment, or abusive conduct toward our staff or community. You may stop at any time by not buying again — nothing renews by itself and there is no card on file to cancel.
